Assignment Instructions

During the Six Sigma Assessment Phase it is the responsibility of the team to determine what the data is telling them.  You now have a lot of data and you need to analyze it to determine potential improvements.  To complete this assignment, you need to:

Analyze the data using the Quality Management Tools (Tools: Pareto, Scatter-plot, Check sheet, Control Chart, Histogram, Cause and Effect, Flow Chart) can be used with excel. 

that you have been introduced to earlier in this course.  The purpose of this analysis is to guide the recommendations.  A common mistake is to think of an improvement and then try to use the data to support your decision.

with the data that has been provided (Data Attached and Listed below).  You will notice that you have data that can be used with every tool that you used in the mid-term. 

****Complete your analysis using (Word document or PowerPoint), showing your graphic and then a short paragraph explaining what the analysis means.  Do not start trying to improve the process.  Just report your findings.
