Assess an Unexpected Crisis and How Leaders Addressed It

For this week’s assignment, use the same organization you selected and researched for the Week 6 assignment. Imagine the source of the crisis was discovered during the planned change and the crisis was remedied. You have been asked as a consultant to speak at the next all-team meeting to discuss these events and the important role of leaders throughout the organization.

Develop a narrated PowerPoint presentation for the leaders and personnel of the organization to include the following:

• Discuss the history of the crisis during the planned change.
• Determine the origins of the crisis.
• Explain how the origins were discovered.
• Examine the role of leader communication.
• Provide leadership actions you would have implemented to resolve the crisis.

Incorporate appropriate animations, transitions, and graphics as well as speaker notes for each slide. The speaker notes may be comprised of brief paragraphs or bulleted lists and should cite material appropriately. 

Support your presentation with at least three scholarly resources. In addition to these specified resources, other appropriate scholarly resources may be included.
