1. Referring to the “Six Aims for Improvement” in Improving the 21st-century Health Care System, review again the story of both Ms. Martinez and Maureen Waters. 
   Thinking of the health care organization in which you lead or hope to lead, pick one of the provided "aims" that you believe you could achieve consistently in your organization.
   
   • After stating your selected “aim,” you must provide insight and explanation on how you, as a leader of this health care organization, can begin steps to ultimately achieve this goal. 
   • If nothing else, you as the leader want to be recognized and leave a legacy upon your retirement of being known for this accomplishment for the patients of your organization.
