Artificial Intelligence - philosophy

The paper on artificial intelligence should describe two sides of the debate over whether artificial intelligences should have the same rights as traditionally conceived intelligences. Please include a description of issues involved, and argue for one side or the other.  Add to make this document 3 pages long. Needed by 10am tomorrow.
