4.2 Artifact demonstrating Ethical Values

Background:  The American Society for Public Administration (ASPA) Code of Ethics includes a commitment to demonstrate personal integrity.  Public administrators are to adhere to the highest standards of conduct to inspire public confidence and trust in public service.

Instructions:  Please upload an “artifact” or assignment that demonstrates your ethical values and personal integrity as a result of your development while you have been enrolled in the MPA program.  Briefly explain (one pag ) why you chose this artifact and clarify what parts of the assignment or quotes of the assignment that help demonstrate your ethical values and personal integrity. 

Note:  The artifact should be an assignment from one of your MPA classes, and be sure to clearly identify which course your assignment is from and the term in which you completed the assignment (quarter/year).
