Read the journal article Human Resource Planning: Forecasting Demand and Supply. Develop a review, which should include:

• Title page (title, author of the article, your name, and date)
• Summary (main points made by the author)
• Reaction (short, personal reaction to the article and your evaluation)
• Application (how to apply the information from the article in an organization you are familiar with)
