 We have decided to redesign the Art 110 textbook.  You have been asked to choose one image for the cover and a second image for the back.  Which two works would you choose and why?  How are they representative of the themes we discussed in art history as a whole? What is the historical and cultural significance of each work and why are they important today?

Please use art historical vocabulary when relevant.  Your response should be 1-2 pages in length.
