Argument Essay

Write your argument essay using the template supplied below. If you do not use the template, you will probably be missing one or more critical parts. 

TEMPLATE

Choose from one of the following topics:

• Should parents be allowed to spank children? If so, are there any criteria. If not, how should parents discipline children.
• Should sugary drinks and snacks be banned from all public schools?
  
• Do Facebook and other social networking sites do more harm than good? 

You must have at least two sources for your side of the argument and one source for the opposition's side. This requires in-text citations and a Works Cited page.

IMPORTANT: The essay must be a minimum of 650 words, be double-spaced and follow MLA guidelines.  If you wait until the last minute to submit, Turnitin will be busy, and you might not get your essay submitted on time. You will also leave yourself no time for revision if your Turnitin score is too high. I do not accept late work, so do not wait until the last minute to complete your assignment
