Are the current protests here and across the globe out of control? What would be solutions to this problem moving forward and do we need new laws or procedures to properly respond?

 We can think of  important past peaceful protests and marches in the likeness of those led by Ghandi and Dr. Martin Luther King, and the now more prevalent violent and protests in Baltimore and U.C Berkley. Unfortunately these violent protests and riots have begun to gain ground as the normal expression of social unrest and can be directly tied back to geopolitics and globalization in many instances. After the outcome of the presidential election many individuals felt that President Trumps stance on many international policies would trigger a landslide of negative effects on the globalization and integration efforts set forth by the previous administration.
