Apply the Toolkit to Your Organization of Choice

For this week’s assignment, you will need to visit your organization and spend enough time on site to compile sufficient data to assess the overall health of your organization. Work diligently with your leadership point of contact to appraise his/her leadership approach of your point of contact as it relates to your assessment. Annotate the impact of the leadership approach on the factors you highlight in your assessment.

Write an analysis in which you demonstrate the following:

1. Apply two of the three techniques you selected during Week 2 to analyze the status of your organization’s environment.
2. Explain the overall health of your organization using at least three KPIs, financial and/or non-financial.
3. Analyze the leadership approach of your leader point of contact.

Support your paper with a minimum of three scholarly resources. In addition to these specified resources, other appropriate scholarly resources, including older articles, may be included.
