1. Choose a complex psychiatric case (de-identified).
2. Develop a comprehensive treatment plan including:
   
   • Diagnosis with rationale
   • Pharmacological and psychotherapeutic interventions with rationale
   • Interdisciplinary team members’ involvement
   • Psychoeducation on disease management, lifestyle interventions, and SDOH considerations and adaptations
3. Support interventions with current clinical guidelines and scholarly references.
