 Managed care has and continues to grow and evolve. This could have only come about because managed care has been able to solve problems and issues that existed before it came on the scene. Perform a web search and summarize your findings of any issues or problems that consumers face today and one or two new tools, products, or system designs that help meet the demands of these consumers. Compare your findings to at least one other classmate's.
