Applied Arts

Fo this assignment you should research artists who are merging technology with the Applied Arts - remember that this includes crafting, fashion, design and architecture.  Locate an artist who's work intrigues you, and read a bit about them.   Then, write up a summary of their work which addresses the following:

* Who is the artist and what is their medium?  In other words, what types of materials do they use and/or what type of Applied Art do they create?

* Describe (and link to or include) examples of their work.

* Outline the impact that their work has on you as a viewer or someone who is engaging with the pieces.  Who do you like their art?  

* Discuss how their pieces represent one (or both) of our course lenses - be specific, demonstrating an understanding of the lenses and how their work demonstrates connection to the course concepts. 

Your assignment should be a minimum of 350 words, be grammatically correct with proper spelling and punctuation.
