APF project

It is important that the project progress be monitored and that there be a plan to implement corrective actions. Once the Adaptive Project Framework (APF) project project gets into trouble it becomes very difficult to come up with a short-term solution to get back on track. Sometimes additional resources can help get a project back on track what are your thoughts around bringing in additional contractors in the middle of a project?
