Imagine you are an HR manager at a large healthcare organization. How do you incorporate a sense of the culture and building of relationships with the employees? Is this a job of HR?

Believe it or not. It is a responsibility within HR and it starts with new employees. The orientation to the organization is a starting point. We are welcoming new hires to our “family” and we need to make it welcoming and explanatory by orientating them to the makeup of the organization.

Once we have hired individuals we then need to incorporate them to the team. Team work has been a buzz word within the work environment for years. But how do we carry out this belief so it is woven within the fabric of our organization?

As a manager, you will want to emphasize a team environment. Think about how to decide what type of team building concepts are going to assist in team building
