 After viewing the documentary "Jewish & Looking for Love", discuss at least 2-3 examples of characteristics that the singles talk about wanting in a marriage partner. Now, let's think about how those characteristics might help the new spouse to fit in with their new in-laws and their spouse's kinship system. Does a preference for an endogamous marriage aid the perpetuation of certain kinships systems?
