Require TWO file.
First, answer the following questions:
- Write a headnote for your paper. A headnote is a one-paragraph "about the author" piece. The author in this case is YOU. Write about yourself in third person (e.g., "Joe Schmoe is a first-year student at CSCC..."). Tell readers something about yourself as a writer--and be sure to explain your connection to or interest in the specific images you chose.
- How did your peers influence your writing (through peer review, through discussions during this unit of the course, etc.)?
- Are you pleased with how your paper turned out overall? Why or why not?
- What did you learn from writing this paper and working on this unit of the course? How do you think this learning can or will transfer to future writing you'll do?
- What tips do you have for future students working on this project?
Second,
Doing a final editing check to catch sentence-level mistakes (for example, mistakes in grammar, punctuation, etc.).
Try to use your peers' advice to make the draft as good as it can be.
Also, think about what you learned from reading your classmates' drafts this week, and apply that learning to your own revision. Try to really re-see your paper with fresh eyes!
