Annotated bibliography : The Elephant and the Dragon chapter 4

For the assigned chapter(s) from the book "The Elephant and the dragon" prepare an annotated bibliography for the chapter(s). This annotated bibliography should provide a brief descriptive/evaluative paragraph of the chapter or chapters. The purpose of the annotation is to inform your reader of significant concepts/ideas/assumptions/predictions/etc. that are addressed in the chapter(s).Annotations should be both descriptive and critical which means they should go beyond summarizing the chapter(s) and reflect your critical reactions to the material.
