Annotated Bibliography

Individually, conduct a literature review using the University's Library on de-escalation, crisis intervention, or negotiation strategies/techniques used in the correctional system. Each team member should locate at least 2 articles.

Provide a paragraph summary of each article you've identified.

Share the summaries with your teammates.

As a team, create and submit one annotated bibliography with at least 2 peer reviewed journal articles per teammate.

Individually, write a 175-word reflection on which strategy/techniques you feel most comfortable with and which you feel least comfortable with, and explain why.

Submit all the summaries combined with each member's reflection as one file.
