Ancient Wonders of the World

Part 1:  Due in 48 hours 

1. Selected an ancient wonder of the world from the list provided or approved by the instructor and formulated an argumentative thesis statement

2. Thoughtfully and thoroughly answered all the questions when analyzing and describing the ancient wonder of the world in essay format (3 – 5 pages)and uses specific evidence to support thesis statement.

3. Included three or more images either within paper or in a separate presentation with proper captions and citations.

4. Includes a properly formatted bibliography (MLA, APA, or Chicago Style for Humanities) of at least three “best” sources in addition to image sources.

Part 2: Due in 8 days

1. Completed all sections of the worksheet accurately.

2. Thoughtfully, thoroughly, and accurately answered all the questions when evaluating the primary source in essay format.

3. Thoughtfully, thoroughly, and accurately answered all of the questions when evaluating the secondary source in essay format.

4. Summarized what you learned from comparing the two sources and source types.

5. Included properly formatted bibliographic information in one of the approved styles (MLA, APA or Chicago for Humanities) at the end of the essay for primary and secondary sources (and video, if applicable).
