Utilizing knowledge from your learning and assigned readings, respond to the following:

1. Analyze the three major categories of hormones, discuss how each are regulated, and provide examples of each. 

2. Describe "tropic" hormones, including where they are found and how they are regulated, and provide examples. 

3. Compare the intercellular (cell-to-cell) communications of the endocrine and nervous systems. Which is the most effective and why? Please explain by providing specific examples to support your choice.
