**Background information** - the whole idea of this project is to analyze Walmart's Strategical position in the retail world. 

It has four major parts to it , this is the third:  in this section we are trying to analyze Walmart with strategic tools and also suggest them some of your own recommended strategic actions that will help them in the long run or future
