Analysis survey data , recommendations and conclusion.

Please need your help in marketing major. Especially in marketing research.
I did a survey in Delta airlines and I have 39 responses, and I did the first 3 pages of the an introduction ,method and I did explain what the survey containing, and the LIMITATIONS.
the file attachment is my work to understand what is about and the result chart that you gonna have the all result from.
