 In each part : IT(1 PAGE) - HR(1 PAGE) we have to write  what we are recommending, what direction we are suggesting with regard to each aspect.

 It should be like "validating the solutions"

 We have to provide evidence for each suggestions

This will be interim report that we provide to the client to get approval for the suggestions that we propose
