An important part of sales leadership is to help your team close big deals.  To demonstrate this - please record a 5 minute video screencast of a mock presentation(using powerpoint or google slides) you would be making to a large potential customer.


You should assume that you are talking to the CEO and she has never heard of ESW Capital.  ESW Capital has recently acquired the enterprise software company that she is considering buying from - but now has concerns about what changes are going to occur - and she has ‘stalled’ the new purchase.  You are there to sell the ‘vision of the promised land’ that ESW Capital brings to the newly acquired company and the benefits of how ESW Capital restructures companies.  You will want to also explain to her the benefits of our Platinum support plan - knowing that it is a 45% increase in pricing than what she was looking at prior to acquisition.  It is recommended that you research ESW Capital and our portfolio company website offerings to understand these elements of the vision and Platinum pitch further.
