   In terms of ethical climate there are five types of ethical climate to consider. They include independence, caring, sets of rules, instrumental, and law and order. A hostile work environment could include that of aggression or discrimination which is unethical. For example, at my organization there are employee’s that are so bitter due to changes within the company which must take place, but they don’t like it much. This has created a hostile work environment which compromises the ethical climate. There is not much being done about it and it is quite frustrating.
