American History discussion post 1

Please compare and contrast Populism to Progressivism. You can define each, you could describe what they had in common, and you can describe what life in that time would have been like for different populations.What resources can you use? The Openstax chapters 20 & 21 will provide a lot of information, if using the Exploring American Histories then chapters 17 & 19 should be able to provide you with information to complete the discussion. 

Please write sufficient to demonstrate your understanding of the two themes Populism and Progressivism.  this discussion post should be atleast 1-2 paragraphs long!
