Amazon HQ2 Research, Part 3 - Business Environment

For this last part of your research, you will look at the business environment in your assigned city/area. Cities, counties and states often try to attract new business by offering things like tax breaks or credits (of many types), credits for creating jobs, and even free land.

It was those kinds of offerings from New York that made the people of Queens say "NO" when Amazon picked their city as one of the two HQ2s. So that one is not going to happen.
