Alzheimer's Disease

you need to watch a couple of videos. You must all watch the video "What is Alzheimer's?". Then, you can choose one of the other two videos (or you're welcome to watch both). Each of these two videos give some research, background, and suggestions in reducing your risks for Alzheimer's memory-related problems.

After you've watched the video, give us a report. What did you learn that you didn't know before? What's the most interesting thing you learned? Does this change how you will do things? Will you start doing any of these practices in order to hopefully reduce your risks for Alzheimer's?

Then, give us some examples of how you try remember things? Do you have any successful methods that you use to try and learn something and remember? For example, do you make a song out of the information and then think of that song when you're taking a test?
