Part 1: Alternative Dispute Resolution Mind Map

Create a Mind Map using a tool such as Popplet®, Mindmeister®, GoConqr®, or a Microsoft® Word document in which you do the following:

Assess three advantages and three disadvantages of mediation in comparison to arbitration or litigation.

Summarize five mediator qualifications.

Determine three advantages and three disadvantages of arbitration.

Explain the five arbitrator qualifications.

Include at least two references.

Assess all categories in a 525- to 700-word Mind Map.

Part 2:Creating a Mind Map

Create a sample Mind Map on a topic of your choice. 

Include at least three major subjects with two subtopics each.
