Would you like to be a certified CAM practitioner? 

In this assignment, we will investigate the nature and requirements of the practice.

Instructions:

1. Conduct a search on the Internet to find a certified CAM practitioner in your area. 

2. Make arrangements to interview the selected CAM practitioner and ask the following questions:

a. Nature of the practice

b. Interpersonal collaboration

c. The environment where they practice

d. Requirements to become a CAM practitioner

e. Which types of health conditions do they provide care for

3. Develop a 5-6 slide PowerPoint Presentation to summarize your findings.  Be sure to address the questions provided above.

4. Submit by uploading your PowerPoint Presentation to this assignment.

Lesson 2

Instructions:

1. Read and familiarize yourself with all the Ayurvedic resources in Lesson 2 (Web links, Videos, Journal Articles, etc.)

2. Use the Internet to further explore Ayurvedic Medicine.

3. Then, write a  summary of your findings. Be sure to:

a. Describe how Ayurveda is currently used in your neighborhood

b. Explain how primary and tertiary settings are currently using Ayurvedic Medicine in their practice. Provide examples.

4. Your paper should be 2-3 pages, including:

5. Type your paper in a Microsoft Word document, and save the file.
