Airbnb NPV and Ratio Projection Assistance

 I am having a hard time calculating the NPV for next three years (2024-2027) of financial statements and balance sheets for Airbnb and updated ratios. I also need calculations made based on projected strategic changes of reducing operating costs and decreasing long term debt. Once a bid has been accepted I can send what I have in my excel.
