Using the new product from the past unit, create and iterate through multiple lean canvases to ideate on your business model.  Prepare a final draft of your business model and be prepared to present to the class.

Second Part - Another Document - Assignment 11

Write a 1500-word case study analysis to summarize one of the attached two case studies. Make sure you answer the following questions:

1. What are some of the general information/facts available about the company?

2. What issues or problems was the company facing?

3. What Lean processes or tools has the company used to address the issues?

4. What goals has the company accomplished?

5. What were the key success factors at the company?
