Some have read Adichie’s Headstrong Historian” as an extension of Chinua Achebe’s THINGS FALL APART.  In a journal entry, roughly 400-500 words, discuss the similarities you saw between The Headstrong Historian and Chinua Achebe’s Things Fall Apart.  What point(s) do you think Adichie wants to make by developing these similarities and extending Achebe’s narrative?
