Affordable Care Act

Write a paper (3-4 pages) on the Affordable Care Act (ACA) that 1) includes a description of some of the major components of the law and 2) examines one feature of the law in detail.  Include an explanation of why the feature that you examine in detail is important for either improving access, reducing cost/expenditures or raising the quality of healthcare services.
