Injustices After the Prompty

 QUESTION 

In the readings, “The Scottsboro Trials,” “Marcus Garvey and the Universal Negro Improvement Association,” and “Women as Leaders,” the authors discuss various kinds of injustices.  In “The Scottsboro Trials,” the authors discuss the unfair sentencing of young black men.  In “Marcus Garvey and the Universal Negro Improvement Association,” a “Declaration of Rights” is presented.  Finally, in “Women as Leaders,” Amy Garvey discusses the injustices black women faced because of their race and gender. 

Which of these injustices continue to exist in American society?
