Adult Learning

 1. Describe a negative experience you have had with adult learning  and how it kept you from learning. 

 2. Describe a positive experience you have had as an adult learner and how it helped you grasp the training. 

3.Describe some strategies you have used in teaching or training adult learners and how they have worked.  You have all done some teaching of some kind even if it was just coaching a fellow officer in how to do something new.
