After reading the text regarding Adaptive Leadership, describe this leadership style in your own words and give your interpretation of the Table 9.4.

In the lesson regarding psychodynamic approach to leadership, review the CASE STUDY (Martha). After reviewing the case study issues, discuss the questions at the end of the case study.
