Activity Project Part 1 - Plan (25 points)

For Part 1, you will create a plan for your project that specifies:

• the client group you have selected
• a list of at least five credible references that you will use to gather information for your clients and activity project
• the demographic make-up of your session group such as number of clients, age range, gender, group source (patients, school, general community, support group, etc.), etc.
• three overall goals for your client group based on the common needs

The plan (Part 1) should not exceed one page and it should be well-written and concise, free of typos, and use proper sentence structure, grammar, and capitalization. Only one plan should be submitted by your team.
