Hello Class, 

After searching through websites, I came across many different companies offering Organizational Development services. Many of them had poor quality websites or didn't provide enough information on what their services entail. Finally, I found a company called Plaid. The first thing I check for is if they could verify their credibility. The have a link on their page that provides a list of their clients. They have work with many universities, cities, and corporations. 

Plaid offers many other organizational services to include legal consulting and strategic planning. They specialize in detecting behavioral patterns and providing measurable solutions.

Plaid seems to use a form of action research in their strategy. They have an array of workshops they rely on to collect data and diagnose problems within the organization. Once information is collected they develop a plan that helps the organization and individual's mission align.
