For this 4-point activity, I'm asking you to respond to one of the four blog posts currently on the Blog page of TheFlowChannel.com/blog. This can just be a brief post of a few sentences. You can make it longer if you're so inspired. You can post your response in one of two places.

If you're on Facebook, you can go to Facebook.com/TheFlowChannelOfficial, where you will find the same posts. Just make your reply there. It would be great to see some responses to the post on flow during quarantine, which was just uploaded today.
