1. What exactly are fixed costs?  Can you provide an example?  What would a graph of fixed costs per unit look like if we graphed it with units on the x axis and costs on the y axis? 

2. What would a graph of fixed costs per unit look like?  How is it different from a graph of variable costs per unit?
