Construct a proposal to management on the implementation of an enterprise resource management system.

The proposal should include the following:

• Identification of at least two accounting information problems
• Chart of needs met and unmet
• Description of the preferred solutions and how they would meet the company needs
• Supporting discussion on enterprise resource management and internal controls and how they impact decision making across multi-cultural business environments
