In your final presentation, 

• Outline the significant risks and issues relevant to the company, including those arising from multijurisdictional taxation.
• Explain specific ways that your firm would use various sources of tax law and commercial tax services to support the company.
• Develop three tax planning strategies that would help the company to minimize their corporate tax obligations.
• Propose best practices related to filings and documentation that would benefit the company in an audit and reduce its exposure to penalties.
