For this assignment, you will conduct a feasibility assessment for your business idea. You will answer these questions:

• Describe what you are selling and how it will benefit your customers. Explain how your product or service is different from the competition. Answer the question, “Why will people buy from me?”
• Briefly evaluate your management/technical experience with your product/service.
• Which category best represents your primary group of potential customers?
• Explain who are your primary competitors and why you believe your product or service is different?
• What are your strengths? And how will you use them?
• What are your weakest areas and how will you overcome them?
