Accountability In Homeland Security

Review some of the government reports on the status of homeland security in the United States.

In a three page paper explain whether or not you think the  Department of Homeland Security has been effective or ineffective in its  responsibilities. Cite specific examples noted in the reviewed reports  and provide suggestions for future improvements.
