The paper should be broken into paragraphs.  Make sure that your prose is smooth and coherent. There must be a clear organizing principle to the paper.  The focus here is on paragraph construction, make sure that you are creating strong paragraphs. 

The paper should be one page in length.  Strive for the top of the second page to be safe.
