Assignment Instructions

Earlier in this module, you created a communication board. Now, you will have a chance to put it to use!

Using the low-tech AAC device that you created (the communication board), spend some time using that to communicate with family or friends. You are to act as a nonspeaking person and utilize only the system that you have to communicate.

Write a 2-page paper in which you describe your experience. What further insights into the lives of AAC users did you gain?
