The goal of this assignment is to bring in current Organizational Behaviour issues in Canadian business from the real world and explain it to the class. You may find current news for example from local media – newspapers, radio or tv stations. Perhaps you may come across a company merger or down size, innovative team strategy, motivation program etc. and the issues associated with it. Your assignment is to give it a context, and explain its context in relation to Organizational Behaviour to the class in 5 minutes. This presentation is about giving your opinion and explaining why the situation is as researched.
