This week’s assignment will be to write a 1500 - 2000 word, or enough to fully cover the primary topic of project management  in a written paper.

Thoroughly discuss:

• The role of the project manager with understanding the      required organizational governance and stakeholders.  
• Include key skills required by the project manager to      perform each and be clear on why each of these activities are important to      successful project management.  
• Finally, identify where each of these three process      areas; management, organizational, and stakeholder management are used      within a project, a graphic for this will be acceptable without any      written text if the graphic is clear.
